1. Service Description

PhotoReady provides AI-powered image generation services that allow users to upload photographs and generate transformed AI-generated images using predefined visual styles.

PhotoReady does not provide professional photography, legal identity verification, government certification, biometric validation, or official document approval services.

Generated images are for personal, creative, entertainment, marketing, profile, branding, and illustrative purposes unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.

If you are under 18, you may only use the platform with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By using PhotoReady, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. User Accounts

Users may create an account using supported authentication methods, including Google Authentication.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• Maintaining access to your login credentials
• Activities performed through your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credits and Payments

PhotoReady operates using a prepaid credit system.

Credits may be purchased through supported payment providers, including:

• UPI
• Google Pay
• PhonePe
• Paytm
• Debit Cards
• Credit Cards
• Other supported payment methods

Credits are required to generate AI images. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

5. Refund Policy

Because AI generation incurs immediate infrastructure costs, completed generations are generally non-refundable.

However, credits may be automatically refunded when:

• A generation fails
• A provider error occurs
• A system error prevents delivery

Refund eligibility is determined by our internal generation logs and system records. We reserve the right to deny refund requests involving abuse, fraud, manipulation, or repeated misuse.

6. User Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of images you upload.

By uploading content, you confirm that you own the image or have permission to use the image.

You must not upload:

• Images belonging to others without permission
• Copyrighted content without authorization
• Illegal content
• Violent or Terrorist content
• Child exploitation material
• Explicit sexual content
• Content violating applicable laws

You are solely responsible for uploaded content.

7. AI Generated Outputs

AI-generated images may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, distortions, or unexpected results.

PhotoReady does not guarantee:

• Exact likeness preservation
• Perfect realism
• Commercial suitability
• Government acceptance
• Platform acceptance
• Employment acceptance

Generated outputs are provided on an "as available" basis.

8. Passport and Identification Images

PhotoReady may offer styles labeled as Passport Photos, ID Photos, or Visa Photos. These outputs are intended as convenience tools only.

Government agencies, embassies, passport offices, immigration authorities, and verification systems may reject generated images.

Users are solely responsible for verifying compliance with official requirements. PhotoReady does not guarantee acceptance by any authority.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use PhotoReady to:

• Impersonate another person
• Commit fraud
• Create misleading identity documents
• Create fake government records
• Generate deceptive political content
• Generate harmful deepfakes
• Harass or Defame individuals
• Violate intellectual property rights or laws

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

10. Intellectual Property

The PhotoReady website, branding, software, systems, code, visual assets, layouts, and service infrastructure remain the property of PhotoReady.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the platform without permission.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure failures, third-party provider outages, AI provider failures, payment provider failures, or network disruptions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhotoReady shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits, business interruption, reputation damage, data loss, or third-party actions.

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, fraud is detected, abuse is detected, illegal activity is detected, or platform security is threatened.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

14. Third-Party Services

PhotoReady relies on third-party providers, including payment providers, cloud infrastructure providers, AI model providers, authentication providers, and analytics providers.

We are not responsible for outages, failures, or actions of third-party services.

15. Privacy

Your use of PhotoReady is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how information is collected, stored, and processed.

16. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of PhotoReady shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
